In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

• Open Stampifi and go to Settings
• Tap Privacy
• Select Delete my account
• Verify your identity with the OTP sent to your phone number
• Confirm the deletion request

30-Day Grace Period

After you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time:

• Your account and data are not immediately deleted
• Logging into your account cancels the deletion request and restores full access

After 30 Days

Once the grace period expires, your account and associated data are permanently deleted. This includes your profile, loyalty cards, stamps, rewards, and app activity.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes:

• Billing / payment / tax records — as required by applicable law
• Fraud / security / audit logs — up to 24 months
• Records required by law — as mandated by applicable legal requirements

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot access your account or need help with the deletion process, contact support@stampifi.app with your registered phone number. We may need to verify ownership of the account.

Requests are handled within a reasonable time, subject to verification and legal or security retention needs.
